Chandler mole control

We are experts in mole control and are not your typical Chandler, Arizona pest control or exterminator company. First, we do not use poisons or the majority of repellents, since they do not work. Moles are difficult to remove and can only really be completely removed from your yard with mole traps, a process we have practiced and perfected over the years. In addition, if a mother mole has babies, we will make sure to remove her pups by hand before dealing with the mother mole. We are not a typical Chandler mole exterminator company. We completely solve your mole problem by taking these steps:

  • Inspect the entire property grounds - lawn, yard, garden, etc.
  • Set several pro traps in mole tunnels - the correct and safe way!
  • Remove all moles as they are caught and monitor for activity
  • Once there is no more activity and no more moles caught, we're done
  • When needed, fill in tunnels and seal with underground fencing

What Prices Do We Charge?

Every wildlife situation is different: How many moles? Size of lawn? Do you need trapping, prevention, repairs? Call us and we can give pricing for your specific situation.

Chandler mole pest control animal tip: How to get rid of ground moles with dawn soap

Everyone is in love with wildlife and nature until some parts of nature decide to "colonize" your territory. Ground moles are an example of animals that love to invade other people's spaces. These spaces can happen to be lawns, gardens, farms, and more.

How to spot ground mole damage

Like their elder cousins, ground moles love to tunnel their way in the soil. The hefty mounds at the end of their narrow burrow entrances make a convincing and repulsive sight of their presence. Also, in their search for insects and other smaller animals, they damage crops, flowers, and soil structure. This is why you must get rid of them.

To avoid harming your soil, pests, or crops, use a mixture of dawn soap to repel ground moles. This mixture is easy to prepare and effective.

How to get rid of ground moles with dawn soap

Here are the ingredients you need to make your dawn soap natural repellant;

  • Dawn Soap
  • Water
  • Hose end sprayer
  • Castor oil (optional)
  • Garlic and Chili (optional)
All of these ingredients can be purchased from your local store. And the whole process takes less than 10 minutes.

Step 1:

Heat about 4 liters (4.2 Quarts) of water in a kettle for a few minutes.

Step 2:

Pour about 7 ounces of castor oil into a separate jar. Decant the warm water into the jar.

Step 3:

Add 4 tablespoons of dawn dish soap into this mixture, and stir vigorously. Also, shake until the mixture becomes more homogenous.

Step 4:

Shake again, and pour the mixture into your garden sprayer. Then spray the lawn.

Step 5:

Spray all burrow entrances, inside the holes, roots, bulbs, flowers, and so on. Spray all observed burrows and areas with signs of mole damage.

Step 6:

Repeat this process for at least another 5 days, and observe the results.

Using chemical repellants is dangerous to the soil, the plants, lawns, and sometimes our pets that like to snoop around. It is why using dawn soap as a natural repellant is usually preferable.

Wrapping Up

Ground moles are important members of the soil cycle and development. They help keep out worms and other plant boring insects. Rather than terminate them, it is more efficient to repel them with natural means; this way, everybody wins.

Continue to observe your lawns/gardens after you have employed this method, and if it persists, it might be time to consult a professional.
